Q:: Steve, As an elderly person I like to spend a couple of hours Sat & Sun at the slot machine & only allowing a $20-00 flutter each day. Only started last week-end so a real new chum. A:: It sounds like you are out just to have a little entertainment rather than get rich. What I would do is to play 1 penny (or credit) on each line. The thing to watch is that some of the penny games may have up to 250 lines. If you play 1 penny on each line you are betting $2.50 on each spin of the reels. You just became a dollar player.

You may want to look at the nickel machines to make your money go further. If you find a 9 line game at 5 cents per line you are only spending 45 cents per spin.

If you do not play 1 credit on each line you are turning the odds back to the house.
